About You:
As a Capture Manager joining our dynamic and growing team, you'll spearhead the integration of our groundbreaking autonomous pilot system into military aircraft. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and aviation experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions that redefine the future of flight. Responsibilities:

  • Understand market segments, target customer base and target industry verticals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies to secure win business in the Public Sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and track progress against the go to market campaigns we have for the Defense Industrial Base (DIB)
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, challenges, and priorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the capture process, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including proposal development, project management, and technical experts, to ensure the successful execution of capture strategies.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and position the organization favorably in the government procurement landscape.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the capture process, developing contingency plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational, account management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of client and partner organizations.
  • Effective at sharing and communicating knowledge and supporting teammates
  • Highly organization and self-sufficient
  • High degree of integrity by honoring commitments and demonstrating consistent follow-up and follow-through
  • Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, advanced degree a plus
  • Basic understanding of business principles, strategic planning, and stakeholder management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Tool Suite & Google Suite
  • Excellent research, analytical and data interpretation skills to derive actionable insights
  • Experience with revenue operations a plus
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
